Our top priority is to provide our guests with the best possible service and ensure that they are not kept waiting. If you prefer not to have your appointment altered, please leave a note when booking. However, please note that in exceptional circumstances, you may experience a longer waiting time. 

At Sassy Minx, we want to ensure that every guest receives the best possible service, which is why we may occasionally need to make adjustments to our technicians schedule. If you have booked or requested a level 1-4 technician but get moved to a level 5-6 technician, you will not need to pay the additional surcharge. We view this as a free upgrade to provide you with a more experienced and skilled technician to work on your nails. Rest assured that our team will always strive to exceed your expectations and deliver a quality service, no matter which technician you end up with.

We understand the appeal of French and Ombre nails. These styles are timeless and versatile, and they can enhance any outfit or occasion. However, they also require extra attention to detail, precision, and quality. That’s why we charge an additional $15 for French and Ombre nails.

This fee covers the cost of the extra time, skill, and specialised products needed to achieve the perfect French or Ombre look. It also helps us ensure that we can devote enough time to your service and not rush through it.

If you’re interested in getting French or Ombre nails, please let us know when you book your appointment. This will allow us to schedule the appropriate time and resources to give you the best results possible.

We understand that nail art is an important aspect of self-expression and creativity. That’s why we offer a wide range of nail art designs, from simple to intricate, to cater to your unique style and preferences.

As nail art takes extra time, skill, and specialised products to create, we charge an additional fee for it. However, we always strive to keep our prices reasonable and transparent. If you’re unsure about the cost, please feel free to ask us for a consultation and quote. This way, we can give you an accurate estimate and recommend the best booking option to ensure we can accommodate your nail art needs.

We offer normal air dry polish for kids under 10, but for adults, we only offer gel polish. The reason for this is that our colour selection for normal air dry polish is limited, and it does not last more than a few days. However, we understand that kids want to join in on the fun too. That’s why we have a small collection of normal air dry polish that’s suitable for kids under 10.

Please note that gel polish is not recommended for kids under 10 due to the nail preparation required for the gel to last. 

No, there is no additional discount available for level 1, 2, or 3 technicians as their services are already offered at a discounted price.
