This isn’t a slow paced front desk role. It’s dynamic, varied, and deeply hands on. You’ll be running the salon’s operations from the background — owning the admin, keeping the team supported, and keeping our social media humming with content that actually gets seen.

You won’t be managing staff, but you will be the go-to person making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

📝 What You’ll Be Doing

Guest Experience & Admin

Keep bookings tight, messages answered, and salon flow on point

Respond to client calls and messages with warmth and confidence

Order stock, manage supplier contact, track KPIs, and keep the owner in the loop

Support the team by being one step ahead of their needs — before they ask

Content & Socials

Capture reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes moments

Post, schedule, and engage on social media like a pro

Follow the monthly content plan — and jump on trends when they hit

Be the digital voice of our brand: confident, cheeky, and on-brand always

✨ Who You Are

Organised, efficient, and cool under pressure

A natural problem-solver who doesn’t need micro-managing

Confident with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and all things content

A clear communicator who’s not afraid to take initiative

Experienced in admin, retail, hospitality or content — or all of the above

You love being the person who just gets things done
